SHIPPING
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, amount and size of the package. You should receive a tracking number once the order is placed. We are not responsible for any custom or taxes that may apply when you accept your package. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
We do our best to ship out items within a reasonable amount of time. Please check the product description for the estimated processing time.

We are not responsible for lost packages, packages that are sent to the wrong address or packages that are marked delivered or abandoned. We strongly recommend double/triple checking your address before you click purchase :) Please let us know ASAP if you need to correct any information on your order, once it is shipped we cannot change the address. 

REFUNDS & RETURNS
We are a small business we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time.
